Description
Navigating challenging behaviors in a higher education environment requires a balance of empathy, authority, and procedural knowledge. This workshop focuses on debriefing the EM & EM Model, a proven four-step framework designed by Jeanne Hey to help leaders move from initial engagement to formal enforcement when dealing with difficult personnel. Participants will have 1 hour of pre-work to complete before attending the discussion.
